    Can I cancel my order?

    You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
     
    This cancellation period begins from the day on which you or a person you authorized, who is not the deliverer, have received the goods.
     
    In order to make use of your right of cancellation, please contact us (Solidmagic, Alexander de Cova, Warschauer Str. 58a, 10243 Berlin, Tel.: 0176 44460558, email: office@solidmagic.org) with a clear explanation, for example by Post or email in which you share your decision to revoke the contract. As soon as we have received your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation by email immediately.
     
    In order for the cancellation period to be preserved, it is sufficient if you send the notification of the revocation before the deadline.
     
    Loss of the right of withdrawal
    Your right of withdrawal expires in a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not stored on a physical data carrier as soon as the provider begins with the contract execution, on the condition that you:
     
    1. expressly approved that the provider begins with the execution of the contract before the end of the cancellation period, and
    2. Have recognized that you lose the right of withdrawal through your consent.
     
    Important note on products such as DVDs, software and other articles with data carriers or download access/video stream:
    Such products cannot be exchanged as soon as the seal opened or the download/video stream has been called up. This is required by law to prevent a customer from drawing a financial advantage by using the product completely and returning it. Similar to a visit to the cinema, you cannot watch the film and then reclaim your money just because you didn't like it.
     
    Consequences of the revocation
    If you revoke the contract, we will reimburse you all payments you made, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that will arise if you have chosen a more expensive shipping method), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day, on the we received your cancellation. For the refund we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been agreed. The repayment does not incur any additional costs. We reserve the right to refuse the repayment until we get the goods back or you have provided the proof that you have sent the goods back - depending on what occurs first.
     
    Please send the goods back to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days after the revocation. The deadline is observed if you send the goods before the fourteen -day deadline. You cover the direct costs of the return. For any loss of value of the goods, you are only liable if this loss is due to a handling that was not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

    Shipment

    We work with DHL. If you have your email address, you will receive the tracking number from us with which you can track the way of your delivery. Within Germany and Europe, we usually deliver within a day. Transport and packaging costs arise for shipping.
     
    Shipping costs
     
    Within Germany:
    - Shipping within Germany costs € 6.95 if the value of the goods is over € 30, the weight is above 1 kg or the product has a height of more than 5 cm.
    - If the value of the goods is below, we calculate a shipping fee of € 3.95, and the delivery takes place as a consignment.
     
    Shipping to the EU:
    - For deliveries to the EU, the shipping fee is € 9.95, provided that the weight is below 1 kg.
    - Some products with a height of more than 10 cm cannot be sent internationally as a consignment. We charge € 14.95 shipping costs for these packages.
     
    Shipping outside the EU:
    - Packages that are delivered outside the EU, weigh less than 1 kg and are not higher than 10 cm, can be sent for € 12.95.
    - For all other packages sent outside the EU, we charge a shipping fee of € 30.
     
    These shipping costs apply per order. If you order multiple products, the shipping costs are only calculated once, based on the criteria mentioned above. These transport flat rates do not apply to illusions.
     
    Collection of shipments
    If you give up an order and not pick up the delivery from a parcel shop, a branch or a packing station, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. In this case, you will receive the purchase price of the goods in question, but the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
     
    Right of withdrawal
    The purchase contract is resigned automatically if the shipment is not picked up in accordance with the specified conditions. The purchase price is reimbursed to the originally used means of payment.
     
    Notification obligation
    In the event of withdrawal, you will be informed immediately about the cancellation of the purchase contract. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipment is picked up in accordance with the instructions to ensure a smooth process.
     
    Other provisions
    This regulation applies without prejudice to other rights and claims that we are entitled to by law. Changes or additions to these terms and conditions require the written form.
     
    Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
    The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes from this contract is the seat of our company if you are a businessman, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

    Minimum order value
    For orders with a goods value below 15 euros (exclusive postage), a minor surcharge of 5 euros is charged. This surcharge will be informed of the order confirmation and is included in the total price of the order.
     
    Cancellation after shipping
    If you cancel an order after shipping and receipt of the goods, the less quantity surcharge of 5 euros will not be reimbursed. The cancellation must be made in writing (by letter, email or contact form) and will be received by us within 14 days of receiving the goods in order to be taken into account. You bear the costs for the return of the goods according to our return conditions.
     
    Returns
    You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

    Terms and conditions

    These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods and the use of services that you conclude with the company Solidmagic (Alexander Wirsching, Warschauer Str. 58a, 10243 Berlin) via the website https://solidmagic.org . Deviating conditions of the customer are only recognized if we have expressly and in writing.
     
    Conclusion of the contract
    The product representations on our website only serve for information and do not represent a binding offer. If you give up an order, you will spread us a binding offer that we can accept within 5 days by sending an order confirmation or by delivery of the goods. Your offer remains binding for 5 working days from the receipt. If we do not submit a declaration of acceptance within this period, your offer is considered rejected.
     
    Retention of title
    The goods remain our property until full payment.
     
    Payment options
    You can also pay your order in advance (transfer), PayPal, credit card and digital products. When paying in advance, the goods will be sent immediately after receipt of payment. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 14 days of ordering.
     
    Shipping and delivery costs
     
    We deliver within the EU. The shipping costs are displayed separately in the order process and must be paid in addition to the value of the goods, unless the goods value exceeds € 100 - then the delivery is free. Depending on the availability, shipping takes place with DHL, UPS, DPD or GLS. If you find that the goods have obvious transport damage, please inform the deliverer immediately and refuse to accept it.
     
    Right of withdrawal
     
    You have the right to revoke your contract declaration in text form (e.g. by email) or by returning the goods within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period begins with the preservation of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods or the first partial delivery. The right of cancellation does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings or software if the seal has been removed by you, as well as goods made according to your special requirements.
     
    Warranty
     
    If the delivered goods have defects, the statutory warranty rights are entitled to. For used goods, the warranty period is one year from delivery. Otherwise there is a period of two years. Defects that arise from improper use or unauthorized repair attempts are excluded from the warranty. For digital products such as videos, tutorials and e-books for download, no warranty is taken over, unless the defect is based on an error from the data carrier.
     
    Liability
     
    We are fully liable for damage caused by violation of life, body or health and that are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty on our part or such a breach of duty by our legal representatives or vicarious agents. The statutory liability provisions apply to all other damage.
     
    arbitration
    The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (OS platform), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers can use this platform to accommodate disputes.
     
    Final provisions
    For this contract, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN sales law. If a determination of these terms and conditions is ineffective, the validity of the other provisions remains unaffected.
     
    Batteries and batteries
    According to the battery law, we are obliged to take back used batteries and batteries free of charge and to dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner. You can return batteries that we have sold again after use.
     
    Pollutant batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed -out garbage can. The following pollutants can be included in the batteries:
    CD = cadmium
    HG = mercury
    PB = lead
     
    Please dispose of old batteries via the corresponding state withdrawal systems and not via household waste. You can give old batteries free of charge at municipal collection points or wherever batteries are sold.
